The Cherry Negative Splits Spritz
Medal Monday always feels like a reset button. This time I’m celebrating with my Cherry Negative Split Spritz — a mix I tested pre‑race and loved just as much post‑race. The cherry concentrate and coconut water combo is such a simple, functional recovery boost.
After an easy jog and a long stretch session, I’m settling in with this and looking ahead to another week of training. If you make it, I’d love to hear how you customize yours.
Ingredients
1 oz Cheribundi cherry concentrate
3 oz coconut water
1-1.5 oz lemonade
½ oz simple syrup
Blood orange seltzer topper
Stir everything together, finish with fizz, and enjoy.
